Notice to creditors and claimants and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates), in respect of the estate of Peter Pritchard late of [contact details redacted] state, who died on 25/10/2023 are required by the trustee, Rosanna Margaretta Leo, to send to solicitors for the trustee, Templar Legal Pty Ltd, [contact details redacted] 30 days of this notice. After such date, the trustee may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the trustee then has notice.
