Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 28 november 2023, are required by the executor, tanya lee van den dries, to send particulars of their claims care of lewis kitson lawyers of level 1, 43 kishorn road, applecross in the state of western australia within one (1) month of the date of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims which she then has notice.
