This order amends the electricity industry exemption order 2005. Woodside Energy is exempt from the Electricity Industry Act 2004 section 7(3) in relation to the operation of a distribution system used solely for the transport of electricity from the Karratha Gas Plant to the Mt Wongama communication facility.
