Order amends the Health Services (Fees and Charges) Order 2016. Amends Part 2 heading, clause 5, inserts clause 10A regarding provision of medicines, and amends Schedule 1 with updated fees. The charge for the provision of a medicine in a hospital to an ineligible patient is to be of an amount determined by the Department CEO according to the cost of providing the medicine.
