Declares listed organisms as prohibited organisms and declared pests for the whole state.

Each of the listed organisms is declared under section 12(1) of the Act to be a prohibited organism. Under section 22(1) of the Act a prohibited organism is a declared pest for the whole of the state. The organisms listed are assigned to the control Category 1 (C1)—Exclusion under regulation 8(1)(a) of the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Regulations 2013. All previous declarations under the Act relating to the organisms specified are revoked.
