This declaration lists specific plant pathogens, invertebrates, and aquatic pests as prohibited organisms under section 12(1) of the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007. These organisms are declared pests for the whole of Western Australia, assigned to control category 'Category 1 (C1)βExclusion' and keeping category 'Prohibited keeping'. All previous declarations relating to these organisms are revoked.
