These rules amend the State Administrative Tribunal Rules 2004. Amendments include deleting the definition of EDS and inserting ECMS, deleting rule 4(1)(d), amending rules related to filing applications and summons, and updating rules for litigation guardians. The rules come into operation on the day of gazettal, the day after gazettal, or on 1 July 2023, depending on the specific rule.
