This order is the cemeteries (port hedland pioneer cemetery closure amendment) order 2022. This order comes into operation as follows— (a) clauses 1 and 2—on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the order—on the day after that day. Port hedland pioneer cemetery means the port hedland pioneer cemetery located on reserve 27693, lot 831 on plan 209337. Except for the burial of mr arnold austin carter; and mrs frances ann selina carter, burials in the port hedland pioneer cemetery remain discontinued wholly after the day on which this clause comes into operation.
