Authorises the publication of the South Australian Bar Association Inc Professional Standards Scheme. The scheme commences on 1 July 2017 and remains in force for 5 years unless revoked, extended, or its operation ceases as specified in the Act. The scheme applies in South Australia, New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory.
