Made by the person holding or performing the functions of the office of the minister, as delegate of the joint authority, under sections 19, 25 and 54. This instrument is the joint authority southern demersal gillnet and demersal longline managed fishery management plan amendment 2017. The amendment in this instrument is to the joint authority southern demersal gillnet and demersal longline managed fishery management plan 1992. Clause 16 amendment.
