Notice is hereby given that by a special resolution passed at a meeting of shareholders of lazer cycling holdings pty ltd duly convened and held on 15 february 2017 it was resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily and that christopher higham be appointed liquidator. Notice is also give that creditors having claim against the company should furnish particulars of that claim to the liquidators within 21 days of this date, otherwise distribution of the assets will take place without regard to such claims.
