Notice is hereby given in pursuance of subsection 509(1) and (2) of the corporations act 2001 that a general meeting of the members of the abovenamed company will be held on the 9th day of june 2017 at the office of abbott’s pty ltd for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of and hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidators.
