Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 16/12/2025, are required by the personal representative Vicki Lorraine Sheppard c/- Lynn & Brown Lawyers, [contact details redacted] their claims to her by the 08/05/2026, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
