Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovementioned deceased persons are required by the personal representatives to send the particulars of their claim to Ellery Brookman, Locked Bag 400, Kalgoorlie wa 6433, within one month of publication hereof, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
