The shire of donnybrook-balingup resolved on 23 august 2017 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the shire of donnybrook-balingup meeting procedures local law 2017. By virtue of section 3.14 of the act, this local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the government gazette.
