It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Donnybrook-Balingup Local Planning Scheme amendment on 5 April 2019 for the purpose of deleting the ‘Parks and Recreation’ reservation from Lot 4 Hearle Road, Glen Mervyn and replace with ‘General Agriculture’ zone, rezone Lots 613 and 614 South Western Highway, Donnybrook from ‘Tourist’ to ‘Commercial’, and other amendments.
