Made under the Main Roads Act 1930 section 13 by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council on the recommendation of the Commissioner of Main Roads. This proclamation declares roads or sections of roads to be highways, including footpaths associated with highways, and declares roads or sections of roads to cease to be highways as shown on the drawings listed in Schedules 1, 2, and 3.
