Pursuant to Section 53 of the Cemeteries Act 1986, the Council of the Shire of Ashburton resolved on 19 August 2025 to set the fees and charges detailed below for the Onslow Public Cemetery (Reserve 20632) and the Tom Price Cemetery (Reserve 32087). The abovementioned fee and charges have effect 14 days from the publication of this notice. All previous fees and charges published are hereby revoked.
