The Council of the City of Bunbury resolved on 29 September 2020 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the City of Bunbury Public Places and Local Government Property Local Law 2020 and comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. The City of Bunbury Local Government and Public Property Local Law published in the Government Gazette on 3 December 2003 is hereby repealed.
