These regulations are the Mines and Petroleum Regulations Amendment (Work Health and Safety) Regulations 2022. Part 1 comes into operation on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; the rest of the regulations on the day on which the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 Part 15 comes into operation. This amends the Dangerous Goods Safety (Road and Rail Transport of Non-explosives) Regulations 2007 and the Dangerous Goods Safety (Storage and Handling of Non-explosives) Regulations 2007.
