These regulations are the Attorney General Regulations Amendment (Work Health and Safety) Regulations 2022. Part 1 comes into operation on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; the rest of the regulations on the day on which the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 Part 15 comes into operation. Amends Criminal Procedure Regulations 2005, Freedom of Information Regulations 1993, and Legal Profession Regulations 2009.
