Made under the Working with Children (Criminal Record Checking) Amendment Act 2022 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Working with Children (Criminal Record Checking) Amendment Act 2022 Commencement Proclamation 2023. The Working with Children (Criminal Record Checking) Amendment Act 2022, other than Part 1, comes into operation on 1 July 2023.
