Made under the Local Government Amendment Act 2023 section 2(d) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Local Government Amendment Act 2023 Commencement Proclamation (No. 2) 2023. Various sections of the Act come into operation on different dates: some on the day after gazettal, some on 1 January 2024, and some on 1 July 2024.
