It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Shire of Gnowangerup Local Planning Scheme No. 2 on 8 April 2026 for the purpose of— 1. Rezone Lots 272 and 273 Quinn Street, Gnowangerup from the ‘Residential zone with a residential density code of R25’, to the ‘Residential zone with a residential density code of R35’.
