It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Gnowangerup Local Planning Scheme amendment on 7 September 2018 for the purpose of— 1. Removing Lots 517/518 Carpenter/Vaux Streets, Ongerup from the Public Purposes Local Reserve. 2. Deleting the notation ‘P’ on the Scheme Maps for Lots 517/518 Carpenter/Vaux Streets, Ongerup. 3. Including Lots 517/518 Carpenter/Vaux Streets, Ongerup within the Residential Zone. 4. Applying a residential density code of ‘R15’ to Lots 517/518 Carpenter/Vaux Streets, Ongerup. 5. Amending the face of the Scheme Map accordingly.
