Order made by the Governor in Executive Council under the Country Areas Water Supply Act 1947 section 9(1)(a) constituting the Boyanup Water Reserve and the Peppermint Grove Beach Water Reserve, with boundaries defined by reference to coordinates annexed to Department of Water and Environmental Regulation Plans DWERT1732 and DWERT1731 respectively.
