Pursuant to Section 21 of the Valuation of Land Act 1978, this notice details the Gross Rental Values and Unimproved Values for various valuation districts. Gross Rental Values are effective 1 July 2026 for specified local government areas, and Unimproved Values are effective 30 June 2026 for Western Australia, Christmas Island, and Cocos (Keeling) Islands. Valuations are available for inspection for 60 days at Landgate offices in Perth and Midland, and online. Objections must be submitted in writing to the Valuer-General within 60 days of publication.
