Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of Peter Milford Weston, late of 229 Leeder Road, Mokine, Western Australia, who died between 13 September 2018 and 26 November 2018, are required by the personal representative Amy Alison Weston to send particulars of their claims to Irdi Legal, 248 Oxford Street, Leederville wa 6007 by 1 july 2019, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
