Made by the minister under section 10 of the act. This notice is the workers’ compensation and injury management (section 10) notice 2021. In this notice clergyman means a minister of religion of the hope city church inc. It is declared that in the act, worker includes a clergyman; and for the purposes of the act, the hope city church inc. is deemed to be the employer of a clergyman.
