The Minister for Mines and Petroleum declares the described land (not being private land, or land that is the subject of a mining tenement, or an application for a mining tenement) exempt from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978. Land designated in the tengraph electronic plan of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety.
