Notice is hereby given that unless the rent due in the under mentioned mining tenement is paid on or before 9 September 2026, it is the intention of the Minister for Mines and Petroleum under the provisions of Sections 96A(1) and 97(1) of the Mining Act 1978 to forfeit such for breach of covenant, being late payment of rent.
