I, dave kelly, minister for fisheries, western australia, hereby give notice under section 97(9) of the fish resources management act 1994 that i have granted an aquaculture lease to harvest road export pty ltd (acn 165 170 445) within the wooramel special purpose zone of the shark bay marine park for a term ending 30 june 2023. details of the lease are available from the register maintained by the department of primary industries and regional development, perth.
