Under the powers of the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the Town of Victoria Park resolved on 16 April 2019 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Repeal Local Law 2019. This local law commences on the fourteenth day following its publication in the Government Gazette. The purpose of this local law is to repeal those local laws no longer relevant within the Town of Victoria Park. The effect of this local law is to repeal obsolete or outdated local laws within the Town of Victoria Park. The Signs Local Law 2006 is repealed on the day this local law comes into operation.
