Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the Shire of Wickepin resolved on 20 November 2025 to make the following local law: This local law may be cited as the Shire of Wickepin Parking and Parking Facilities Amendment Local Law 2025. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of publication in the Government Gazette. Amends the Shire of Wickepin Parking and Parking Facilities Local Law 2024.
