The Regional Power Corporation amends its charges by-laws. Schedule 3 is amended to change the rate from 15.97 cents to 16.25 cents. Schedule 4 is replaced with a new schedule of fees for various services including account establishment, three-phase installations, reconnections, temporary supplies, meter testing, disconnections, meter readings, overdue notices, rejected payments, transaction fees, remote configurations, meter damage, and remote connection/disconnection.
