Notice Text

The Regional Power Corporation made the Energy Operators (Regional Power Corporation) (Charges) Amendment By-laws 2022 with the approval of the Governor in Executive Council. These by-laws amend the Energy Operators (Regional Power Corporation) (Charges) By-laws 2006. They come into operation on the day of gazettal for by-laws 1 and 2, and on 1 July 2022 for the rest.
