Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 31 december 2025, are required by the executor of the estate, shane hamiton stevens, to send particulars of their claims to him, care of wallis legal, [contact details redacted] 11th of may 2026, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
