It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Murray Town Planning Scheme amendment on 6 August 2017 for the purpose of replacing provisions under clause 6.2 relating to the Canal Development Zone, deleting provisions under Schedule 3, amending the Zoning Table, and deleting/adding definitions to Appendix l.
