Under the vocational education and training act 1996 (the vet act) section 60c, i, the minister for education and training hereby establish the following prescribed vocational education and training qualification— class b qualification nominal apprenticeship title on term part school other qualification conditions name contract (months) time based requirements full time financial chc51115 diploma of trainee 24 y n counsellor financial counselling.
