Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died between the 29th day of January 2020 and the 5th day of February 2020 at Ocean Beach, Denmark, are required by the personal representative Stephen Phillip George to send particulars of their claims to David Moss & Co by the date one month following the publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claim for which he has then had notice.
