Notice to creditors and claimants and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of Basil John Beauchamps Fletcher, late of Unit 46, 281 Mill Point Road, South Perth, WA 6151, who died on 02/09/2024, are required by the executor, André Basil Fletcher, to send to solicitors for the trustee, Lawton Macmaster Legal, P.O. Box 5680, St. Georges Terrace, WA 6831, particulars of such claims within 30 days of this notice. After such date, the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the trustee then has notice.
