Creditors and other persons having claims (including without limitation those to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of Robert Edwin Parkinson, late of Aegis Hilton Park, 19 Laidlaw St, Hilton 6163, Western Australia, deceased, who died on 4 July 2025, are required by the Executor Sharon Ellis to send particulars of their claims to her via c/- Val Antoff, Crystal Lawyers, PO Box 8485, Angelo Street, South Perth, Western Australia 6151 by (insert end date) which is within one month from (insert date of publication) of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice. Probate was granted in Western Australia on 10 November 2025.
