Made under the firearms amendment act 2022 section 2(c) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the firearms amendment act 2022 commencement proclamation 2022. The firearms amendment act 2022, other than part 1, section 42(8) and part 3 division 1, comes into operation on 19 november 2022.
