These regulations amend the Conservation and Land Management Regulations 2002. Amendments include definitions for ammunition, firearm, and major firearm part, referencing the Firearms Act 1973 section 4. Regulation 12(1) and Schedule 2 Division 2 item 4 are also amended to include 'firearm, major firearm part'.
