Revokes previous delegations and delegates powers and functions under the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources Act 1967 and related regulations to specified positions within the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety. The delegation does not prevent the Minister from exercising these powers, and the delegates cannot further delegate them.
