I, David Michael MLA, Minister for Mines and Petroleum for the State of Western Australia do by this instrument of delegation pursuant to section 16 of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982 (WA) (the Act)— Revoke the previous instruments of delegation made under the Act dated 10 June 2024. Delegate my powers, functions and/or duties under the Act as specified in the Schedule to persons who for the time being hold or are authorised to act in the positions identified by the position numbers of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety.
