Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the Vicki Fiona Burges of Brightwater Oxford Gardens, 30 Regents Park Road, Joondalup, who died on 7 July 2019, are required by the personal representative Diane Julie White to send particulars of their claims to Irdi Legal, 248 Oxford Street, Leederville, Western Australia 6007 by 28 November 2019, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which she then has notice.
