Dr Anna Margaret Clare is appointed as a member to the anaesthetic mortality committee under section 340bb(3)(e) of the health (miscellaneous provisions) act 1911 (wa) for a term of three years commencing on 1 april 2025 and expiring on 31 march 2028.
