Order made under the Port Authorities Act 1999 section 24(2) and 26(1) by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council. This order is the Port Authorities (Revesting of Property and Description of Port of Port Hedland) Order 2025. Lot 502 on Deposited Plan 427064 is withdrawn and revested in the Crown. The Port Authorities (Revesting of Property and Description of Port of Port Hedland) Order 2024 is revoked.
