Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estates of the undermentioned deceased persons, are required to send particulars of their claims to Cornerstone Legal of 205/[contact details redacted] Western Australia on or before the expiration of one month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the respective trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice— McKirdy, Florence Valerie late of Gordon Lodge RAAFA, [contact details redacted] Western Australia who died on 4 November 2022. Mott, Fay Devine late of McNamara Lodge, [contact details redacted] Western Australia who died on 22 December 2022.
